ADNET Technologies, a managed IT, cloud and security services provider and part of the New Charter Technologies national platform, announced that Mike Konderwich has been promoted to Vice President of Service Operations.

Konderwich, formerly ADNET’s Director of Professional Services, has been with the firm for over 10 years. Since joining the team, he has had a significant impact on the organization’s service delivery model and client experience. His passion for technology and helping businesses succeed through secure, innovative IT solutions has been an asset to ADNET’s clients.

“I’m excited for this opportunity to lead in a different capacity,” Konderwich said. “We’re in a unique position as a regional MSP that’s part of a national platform of like-minded organizations, and I want to lean into that. It’s a time of growth and innovation that I’m proud to be part of. I’m grateful to the team for their trust and support as I step into this role, and excited to help businesses reimagine how they can leverage IT to meet their business goals.”

Konderwich’s new role as Vice President of Service Operations will focus on service development and delivery, enhancing the client experience, and ensuring that ADNET’s service delivery teams work together seamlessly to benefit clients.

“We’ve been fortunate to see Mike’s evolution here at ADNET. From starting as an intern years ago to advancing through the ranks of our professional services team, he has always been exceptionally talented. His willingness to share knowledge has helped shape our service operations team tremendously,” said Lynette Maffei, President of ADNET Technologies. “He is truly a mentor to our team, and we’re so excited for his next chapter with ADNET.”

As an experienced member of the Service Operations team, Konderwich has been integral to the development of ADNET’s cloud services over the last decade. His passion for innovation and emerging technologies has been a huge benefit to ADNET’s clients, the channel, and the business community.

“I’m so proud of Mike. Throughout ADNET’s evolution, I’ve watched him grow as a leader and help his team reach new heights year after year,” said Christopher Luise, CEO of ADNET and Group President of New Charter Technologies. “His willingness to jump in, reimagine things, and constantly innovate is a gift. He’s someone who looks at things and consistently sees the opportunity to do better. He’s never ‘done.’ That’s something we value deeply, and I can’t wait to see what’s next for him.”
