ADNET has worked with Mintz + Hoke for several years on a variety of services and projects. Recently, ADNET was engaged to help the business migrate off an aging phone system. Their existing communications provider was going to stop supporting the system. They were given extremely short notice to implement a replacement – less than two months!
Planning a Teams Migration
Our team quickly dove in and began working with the client to determine the best course of action. ADNET’s design team, engineers, project managers and professional services teams all worked together to create a design and implementation plan leveraging Microsoft Teams. We worked with the client to ensure that the functionality would give them everything they needed. It would be a seamless transition to the new technology. From ensuring that the numbers were ported to providing technical support and training, our goal was to transition to Teams with little to no impact to the organization.
