Teams Migration

Mintz + Hoke is a full-service advertising agency based in Avon, Connecticut. With over 50 years in business and impressive relationships with clients in industries from healthcare to government (and everything in between!) Mintz + Hoke relies on collaboration and communication to serve its clients.

ADNET has worked with Mintz + Hoke for several years on a variety of services and projects. Recently, ADNET was engaged to help the business migrate off an aging phone system. Their existing communications provider was going to stop supporting the system. They were given extremely short notice to implement a replacement – less than two months!

Planning a Teams Migration

Our team quickly dove in and began working with the client to determine the best course of action. ADNET’s design team, engineers, project managers and professional services teams all worked together to create a design and implementation plan leveraging Microsoft Teams. We worked with the client to ensure that the functionality would give them everything they needed. It would be a seamless transition to the new technology. From ensuring that the numbers were ported to providing technical support and training, our goal was to transition to Teams with little to no impact to the organization.

Mintz + Hoke’s experience with ADNET

Stephanie Clason, Executive Assistant to the CEO, and Coordinator of Business Development at Mintz + Hoke shared their experience working with ADNET. “The ADNET team made our transition to the Microsoft Teams Phone System seamless and efficient. From the initial demonstration of how the Teams phone system worked through completion of the integration, the ADNET team demonstrated unparalleled expertise! Elliot and Tim were great at keeping our team updated throughout the implementation process to let us know when to expect work to be done, with no disruption to our daily operations. The ADNET team also provided comprehensive training, ensuring that we understood functionality and provided detailed training materials that could easily be sent around to our agency. When we had questions or feedback, we heard back from the ADNET team quickly. We were very pleased with the amount of testing done by Elliot and Tim throughout each step of the setup process. We are now beyond our first month of the transition to the Teams Phone System and are extremely pleased with the functionality and appreciate all the hard work that the ADNET Team dedicated to getting it done within a tight timeframe!”

Chris Florentino, Engagement Manager at ADNET who works closely with Mintz + Hoke said, “The client really understood what they wanted and helped ensure their team was prepared. This helped make the project a success.” The project also came in on time, and under budget.
