One of 27 small to medium-sized companies honored by the Hartford Business Journal

January 17, 2020: ADNET Technologies announced it has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut for the seventh consecutive year. This initiative celebrating high-quality workplaces was launched by the Hartford Business Journal and Best Companies Group.

“Over the last seven years, the technology industry has seen dramatic change. Our team at ADNET is constantly evolving to stay relevant and remain innovative,” said Christopher J. Luise, Co-CEO of ADNET Technologies. “Still, we continue to hold firm in our commitment to building a culture where people feel they can be themselves and achieve their fullest potential. This seven-year run on the Best Places to Work list has contributed to our company’s growth and established us as an employer of choice.”

The Best Places to Work in Connecticut program identifies, recognizes and honors the best employers in the state. The list features 41 companies—27 small to medium-sized and 14 large-sized companies—that will be honored in a special awards ceremony February 27.

“We know our clients are happier if our employees are happy—it’s one reason why we invest in our employees and the benefits and incentives we provide,” Luise said. “For example, we introduced a Responsible Time Off policy that allows our team to take all the time they need to be healthy, inspired and well. We will continue to adapt and be forward-thinking when evaluating our employee policies.”

Companies completed a two-part survey to determine the Best Places to Work in Connecticut. The first part evaluated each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, system and demographics, while the second part included an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

The rankings will be published in the March 9 edition of the Hartford Business Journal.
