ADNET Technologies Ranked as one of 2016’s Best Places to Work in CT

ADNET Technologies, LLC announced today that it has been named one of 2016’s Best Places to Work in Connecticut in the small/medium category (15-199 US employees). This marks the third consecutive year that ADNET has been nominated by its employees and recognized for the award.

The eleventh annual awards program was created by the Hartford Business Journal and Best Companies Group to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Connecticut, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses.

Companies from all over the state entered into the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Connecticut. The initial process consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. After this, an employee survey to measure the employee experience was distributed and employees were asked to participate on a voluntary basis. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings and top companies by combining the two scores.

ADNET and the other ranked companies will be recognized at a special awards ceremony in March, and the actual rankings will be published in the March 2016 issue of the Hartford Business Journal.
