Lynette Maffei
President
Lynette Maffei joined ADNET as a financial executive in 2015 and has driven growth at the firm ever since. In 2023, Lynette was named President of ADNET Technologies. As ADNET’s President, Lynette focuses on organizational growth objectives such as acquisitions and partnerships. She works closely with ADNET’s national platform, New Charter Technologies, to encourage strategic alignment and deep partnerships. Lynette also manages the firm’s operations and teams across its locations.
Throughout her career she has specialized in operations, administration, finance, and human resources, including serving as head of finance and operations for the Americas region of a global company. Having worked closely with both small and large organizations, Lynette brings a unique perspective to the market.
Lynette received her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She enjoys walking and hiking with her family (and dog!), traveling to new places, and seeing live music – especially Dave Matthews Band concerts – as often as possible.
