Cheryl Little
Manager of Client Support Services
Cheryl Little joined the ADNET team in 2019 as an Engagement Associate, working closely with clients and our Engagement team. In 2024, Cheryl was promoted to Manager of Client Support Services. Cheryl oversees our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Team, ensuring clients receive timely and professional service. She enjoys listening to clients’ challenges and working alongside them to solve issues while putting them at ease. Cheryl’s passion for the client experience helps keep our TAC team laser-focused on providing the best possible service while navigating support issues.
Cheryl has years of experience in IT, management and customer service across several industries. She prides herself on helping people navigate business challenges and organizational changes. Her various roles have given her a unique perspective and understanding of different scenarios and IT decision making that clients face.
Cheryl received her degree in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College. When she’s not working, Cheryl enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time with family. An avid sports fan, she also loves to travel. One of Cheryl’s favorite things to do is cook. Cheryl and her husband enjoy trying out new recipes and entertaining friends around a table of good food.
