Client Experience Coordinator

Jackie Hebert joined the ADNET team in 2019. As a Client Experience Coordinator, Jackie works closely with clients in all locations to schedule onsite service, assist with project delivery and monitor support issues and incoming tickets.

Jackie has years of Project Management experience in various industries and has a deep knowledge of software as a service (SaaS) implementations. She is passionate about analysis and utilizing data to make process efficiency improvements. In addition to her vast technical expertise, Jackie’s skill set includes LEAN Six Sigma methodology, Agile and Scrum.

Jackie received her Associates Degree in Applied Science from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York.
