Liz Caswell joined the ADNET team in 2017 as the Client Experience Manager. Liz has years of experience in both IT and service operations, and she uses her background in the industry to ensure that clients receive timely, professional and accurate service.
As the Client Experience Manager, Liz oversees the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at ADNET, working with the team to connect engineers and TAC specialists to clients to resolve issues. Liz also works closely with ADNET’s Managed Service clients, offering proactive support. Whether working with clients or her team, Liz strives to provide an exemplary experience and efficient resolutions.
Liz attended both Western Connecticut State University and Naugatuck Valley Community College with a concentration on Computer Science and Programming. She received her Technical Programmer Certification from the Computer Processing Institute and is a Five Year Member of Vistage Key Group.
