Donna Irizarry joined the ADNET team as a Client Experience Coordinator in 2017. As a Client Experience Coordinator, Donna addresses incoming calls and support tickets. She is the initial point of contact for support issues, helping clients resolve technical issues and scheduling field engineers for onsite work.
Donna has several years of experience in customer service and technology. She is extremely familiar with many environments and tools, with her expansive skill set including technologies such as Citrix, Microsoft, Windows, Mac and Active Directory.
Donna attended the University of Connecticut and studied Information Technology at Kaplan University.
