Team Lead, Technical Assistance Center
Chris Sanford joined ADNET’s TAC (Technical Assistance Center) team in 2017. He is experienced in a diverse array of network environments and technologies, and his roles in leadership and IT support have given him a strong background in resolving technical issues for clients. As the Team Lead for ADNET’s Technical Assistance Center, Chris oversees daily client support operations, ensuring that clients receive excellent service.
Chris provides advanced and priority support for clients through ADNET’s TAC, working on complex issues and urgent support requests. He is passionate about expanding his skill set and is always seeking to continue learning new technologies and providing solutions.
Christopher graduated from the University of Connecticut and is CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certified.
