ADNET Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Client Experience Coordinator with strong customer service skills as well as exceptional scheduling and project management processes, skills and aptitude. Our Client Experience Coordinator will support the Manager, Client Technical Services and the engineering team in day-today coordination of service tickets, project scheduling and workflow, and will work with ADNET clients to ensure satisfactory service.

This position can primarily be in either location in ADNET’s Farmington, CT or Albany, NY office. Regardless of location, however from time to time travel between locations may be required.


  • Day-to-day coordination and management of service tickets
  • Coordination of engineering projects and workflow management
  • Escalation of outstanding issues
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory support, practicing “closed-loop” communication
  • Closing completed work tickets and working with accounting to finalize billing for completed work Client Experience Coordinator
  • Functioning as part of a client engagement team and keeping client account managers and other involved parties informed of problems, progress on issues and resolutions
  • Maintaining information regarding solutions and client changes and tracking service tickets in ADNET’s Professional Service Automation system


  • Preferred Associate’s degree
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
  • A demonstrated aptitude working with computers.
  • Knowledge of ConnectWise software or other PSA tools a major plus
  • Knowledge of IT processes and a technical background a major plus
  • Professional demeanor and exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Keen attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Ability to thrive working both independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, with the ability to effectively balance priorities and meet assigned goals
  • An aptitude and a desire for continual learning with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • An ability to work in a professional office environment
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for transportation to and from ADNET’s office and client locations as required. Occasional overnight travel required to attend training or visit a client site.
