As an Engagement Associate with ADNET Technologies, you will be responsible for delivering high quality service to ADNET’s clients through direct support and collaboration with an ADNET Engagement Manager and Engagement Associate Team. The ideal candidate will contribute directly to ADNET’s success.

A primary responsibility of the job is to provide technical sales support to the ADNET Engagement Manager Team. You will be responsible for helping the Engagement Managers coordinate and deliver projects, communicate with clients, manage relationships with ADNET’s business and technology partners and take advantage of new opportunities in the market. You will report directly to the General Manager-Albany and will work closely on a day-to-day basis with the Engagement, Marketing, Operations and Service Delivery teams. This is primarily a sales and revenue focused position which offers significant exposure throughout all of ADNET’s business units and will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the IT professional services industry.

Location

This position is primarily located in ADNET’s Farmington, CT office, however from time to time travel between locations may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Engagement Manager & Associate Team through the creation of detailed quotes, proposals and project documentation
  • Collaborate with the Engagement Manager & Associate Team by following up with clients, coordinating appointments and setting clear expectations for delivery
  • Coordinate with the Service Delivery and Operations teams to manage the logistics of client projects
  • Coordinate with ADNET’s business and technology partners to register opportunities and participate in sales reward programs
  • Support Marketing programs and campaigns to engage prospective clients
  • Collaborate at the direction of the Engagement Manager Team to research Hardware and Software

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, a two or four-year degree, in a business or technology related field or equivalent industry experience preferred or a combination of education and experience Must be tech-savvy with an aptitude for continual learning, particularly about new technologies and their impact to business
  • Must have the ability to thrive within a fast-paced professional office environment
  • Must have the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Proficiency managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, with the ability to effectively balance priorities and meet assigned goals
  • Must be driven and well-organized with keen attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • A pleasant, professional speaking voice and excellent communication skills on the phone
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for transportation to and from ADNET’s office and client locations as required. Occasional overnight travel required to attend training or visit a client site.
